WIN Members
WIN’s membership consists of more than 200 public and private stakeholders who work to improve immunization rates across the lifespan by reducing the health and fiscal burden related to vaccine-preventable diseases in West Virginia.
Membership in WIN is free, and allows access to multiple training sessions, educational materials and networking opportunities.

WIN's mission, core values, and goals
WIN envisions a future in which all West Virginian’s from the newly born to adolescents to seniors will be protected from vaccine-preventable diseases thus improving the quality of life for all West Virginians. To achieve WIN's mission, members work to foster comprehensive and sustained state and community programs for the immunization of West Virginia’s residents against vaccine preventable diseases throughout their lifespan.
WIN is guided by the following core values:

The goals that guide the development of WIN’s strategic plan are:
- Immunization Registry. Increase the percentage of public and private provider sites in West Virginia participating in the registry.
- Provider Quality Assurance. Ensure that all providers have accurate, up-to-date information on vaccine-preventable diseases and immunization issues.
- Service Delivery. Ensure that immunization services are readily accessible to all West Virginians of all ages, especially high risk and underserved populations.
- Consumer Education. Ensure that West Virginia’s citizens of all ages have accurate information regarding immunizations to assure immunizations for all age groups.
- Advocacy. Work with public and private policy makers in West Virginia to create an environment that protects our citizens from vaccine-preventable disease.
Regional WIN Coalitions
WIN has formed several regional coalitions to help further its mission throughout West Virginia. WIN members are encouraged to take part in a regional coalitions that meet in:
- Northern Regional WIN Coalition: Meets in Morgantown, WV
- Eastern Regional WIN Coalition: Meets in Martinsburg, WV
- Southern Regional WIn Coalition: Meets in Beckley, WV
